The copper base alloys are more durable and effective choice for mechanical products by adding small amount of lead or silicon
in an alloy.
Brass is basic alloy which has a composition of copper (67%) and zinc (33%). Addition of small amount of lead or silicon (2%)
increase its machinability.
Bronze is composition of 88% copper and 12% tin and some other case primary materials mixed with magnesium, aluminium,
silicon many more but except zinc. It’s easy to machine or die cast. It has a corrosion resistance and low melting temperature of
900°C. It has a bright or gold like appearance. 90% of material is recyclable.
